ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14235 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />SERVICES RELATING TO THE PURCHASE AND <br />IMPLEMENTATION OF AN AUTOMATED PERMIT SYSTEM <br />(PSOMAS) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the purchase and <br />implementation of an automated permit system in the City of Redwood City (the <br />`Project "); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting services; and <br />WHEREAS, Psomas of Riverside, California, represents that it possesses <br />the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Services (Automated Permit System)" (form dated 05/17/01), by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br />Psomas, for the performance of the above - mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br />Reso -1156 1 <br />FXS:djk <br />F: /Shared /Redwood /Council <br />05/17/01 <br />6/11/01 <br />
