Chan Zuckerberg Initiative DAF <br />January 11, 2022 <br />Ms. Melissa Stevenson Diaz <br />City Manager <br />City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063-1993 <br />Dear Ms. Stevenson Diaz: <br />Congratulations, City of Redwood City (Grantee) has been accepted to receive a grant of $75,000.00 from <br />the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative DAF, an advised fund of Silicon Valley Community Foundation. <br />This grant is for Redwood City Together, to support community programming in the CZI Community <br />Space. This grant is intended to cover work performed toward this goal from October 1, 2021 through <br />September 30, 2022. Please sign, date and return the attached grant agreement to <br />svcfteam@siliconvalleycf.org via DocuSign as soon as possible. Once we receive the signed agreement, <br />we will arrange for payment of the grant according to the schedule outlined in the grant agreement. <br />Silicon Valley Community Foundation requires reports on the use of the funds, as outlined in the grant <br />agreement.
