Edu.cat:on Agency (LEA) under <br />a Safe Routes to School (SRTS) grant and Redwood City Together (Agency). <br />2. TERM <br />The term of this Agreement is July 1, 2021 — June 17, 2022. <br />3. FUNDING CONTINGENCY <br />Funding for this Agreement is contingent upon the appropriation and availability of funds from <br />the City/County Association of Governments of San Mateo County ("C/CAG") and/or the San <br />Mateo County Transoortation Authority ("TA"). Agency will comely with eligible non - <br />infrastructure expenditures as outlined in Exhibit C.
