Box 391, City Hall, <br />Redwood City, California. <br />That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real <br />property upon which the aforesaid public work is including but not limited to installation of a full <br />traffic signal at the Jefferson Avenue/Clinton Street intersection with high -visibility crosswalks at <br />all four legs, bicycle pockets, left turn restrictions for drivers on Jefferson Avenue, and a right -turn <br />only lane with a diverter on the Cleveland Street approaches, replacement of to existing beacon <br />with a High Intensity Activated Crosswalk (HAWK) signal at the Jefferson Avenue/Cleveland <br />Street intersections and associated work. <br />That the real properties upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which <br />this notice of completion pertains to the following properties located in Redwood City, California: <br />Jefferson Avenue at Cleveland and Clinton Streets <br />That the name of the original contractor for the aforesaid public work is: <br />Gruendl Inc.
