6 /Q1 /O1 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14245 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />POSITION OF ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY <br />WHEREAS, job specifications for the position of Assistant City Attorney <br />have been prepared by the Human Resources Department, and reviewed by the <br />City Manager; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said specifications and desires to <br />evidence approval thereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />The job specifications for the position of Assistant City Attorney are set <br />forth in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein, are hereby approved.
