Box 391, City Hall, <br />Redwood City, California. <br />That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real <br />property upon which the aforesaid public work is including but not limited to installation of five <br />neighborhood traffic circles, installation of curb extensions at Vera Avenue intersections with EI <br />Camino Real, Hudson Street, and Alameda de las Pulgas, installation of nine speed humps along <br />Vera Avenue and One at King Street, installation of wayfinding signage for the Vera Avenue <br />Bicycle Boulevard, installation of pavement markings to indicate the bicycle boulevard designation <br />and associated work. <br />That the real properties upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which <br />this notice of completion pertains to the following properties located in Redwood City, California: <br />Vera Avenue between EI Camino Real and Alameda de las Pulgas <br />That the name of the original contractor for the aforesaid public work is: <br />Bayside Stripe & Seal, Inc. <br />P.O.
