We have recently partnered with MineralTree to enhance the security <br />and efficiency of our grant payment process and distribute our payments. <br />City of Redwood City/Fair Oaks Community Center agrees to: <br />•Use the grant for the Information and Referral Program, $75,000 per year for three <br />years. This is not a conditional grant; <br />•Sign and return this grant agreement, acknowledging your receipt of the payment in the <br />amount of $75,000 to our grants management team at grants@sunlightgiving.org by <br />August 26, 2022; <br />•Only use the grant funds for purposes that are consistent with the federal and state <br />rules for tax exempt status; <br />•Have your organization, logo and grant information listed on the Sunlight Giving <br />website; <br />•Adhere to the Grant Communication Guidelines found at this link: <br />https://sunlightgiving.org/grantmaking/communication-guidelines for recognition and <br />media related to Sunlight Giving and the grant; and <br />•Participate in a form of evaluation (e.g. online survey, phone call, etc.) that the <br />foundation may conduct. <br />REV: 08-04-22 RL <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.228/Sunlight Giving (Information and Referral Program Multi-Year Grant) (Page 1 of 2)
