RES 0 L UTI ON NO .838 AUTHORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE CITY OF' RED'vYOOD CITY FOR DELINQUENT TAXES AND ASSESS- MHNTS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, AND DIRECrrING PUB- LICATION OF NOTICE OF SALE.
