That certain deed wherein Lois J. Montgomery is <br /> <br /> <br />named as Grantor and the City of Redwood City is named as <br /> <br /> <br />Grantee is hereby accepted by said City, said deed convey- <br /> <br />ing to the City of Redwood City all the following described <br /> <br />real property: <br /> <br />The real property situated in the City <br />of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, <br />State of California, described as fol- <br />lows: <br /> <br />Lots 23 and 24 in Block lt2, as shown on <br />that certain map entitled "MAP NO.2 OF <br />CENTRAL PARK, REDWOOD CITY, SAN MATEO <br />COUNTY", which map was filed in the <br />of~ice of the Recorder of the County of <br />San Mateo, State of California, on <br />July 20, 1912 in Book 8 of Maps at <br />pages 15 and 16. <br /> <br />2.
