ION NO. e79 RESOLUTION OF IWfENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF AN ALLEY WAY RUNNING OFF WOODSIDE ROAD BETWEEN EL CAMINO REAL AND LINDEN STREET RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City, that it hereby declares its intention to vacate and abandon as an alley way, a portion of a certain alley running off Woodside Road betweenEI Camino Real and Linden Street in the City of Redwood City, and reference is hereby made to a map on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City for further part:i.c- ulars as to said proposed alley vacation. The said alley to be vacated 1s particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 104.07 feet from the point on Wood- side Road where the easterly edge of said present alley in- tersects Woodside Road; running thence South 470 56' 30ft East 150 feet; thence South 460 .4:7' 40" West 35.80 feet; thence South 410 51' 10u West 50.00 feet;' thence North 530 08' 40" West 33.50 feet; thence North 840 30 t West 10.61 feet; thenc e North 20 14' East 89.84 feet; thence North 470 56' 30" West approximately 50 feet to a point on the westerly side of the present alley where the p:r.olongation of the line dividing Lots 3 and 4 would intersect with said alley; thence at right angle s 25 feet North 42003' 30" East to the point of beginning. Being a portion of the same alley which was accepted by t City of Redwood City on January 20, 1941 as shown by the endorse~ ment on Map of Five-Points Commeroial Tract, filed Maroh 1, 1941 in Book '2.3" of Maps at Page 380 FURTHER RESOLVED that July 3, 1950, at 8 o'olock P.M. at the City Hall in Redwood City is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons int erested in or 0 bje cting to the proposed vacation of said alley way will be heard. FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be published once in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) news- paper, published, printed and circula.ted in the City of Redwood City. FURTHER RESOLVED that notices of the passa.ge of this res- olution shall be pos ted by the SupE~rintendent of Streets of this City oonspicuous1y along said alle~r way in at least three (3)
