SOLOMON, <br />HIS WIFE <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the Council of Re:dwood City, that a deed <br /> <br /> <br />of easement from B. L. SOLOMON and ALICE B. SOLOMON, his wife, <br /> <br /> <br />to the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation, be and <br /> <br /> <br />it hereby is accepted by and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />Said deed grants an easement to the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />on property described as follows: <br /> <br />All that real property situate in the City of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, described as follows: <br /> <br />An easement for a pedestrian walkway and pass- <br />age on foot only over a strip of land 8 feet <br />wide, being the Northerly 8 feet of Lot 52 as <br />shown on that certain map enti tIed uTo\\Tn of <br />Mezesvilleu, filed in the office of the County <br />Recorder of San Mateo County on August 1, 1856 <br />in Book 1 of Maps at page 79. <br />RESERVING, however, the right to construct and <br />maintain a pergola and planting area within and <br />along said walkway aocording to plans approved <br />by the Building Inspector of said City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />... <br />
