RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 950 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE AND ABANDON CERTAIN PUBLIC EASEMENTS IN LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 3, REDWOOD INDUSTRIAL TRACT IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City as follows: 1. Said Council hereby declares its intention to vacate and abandon as public easements certain easements in Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Redwood Industrial Tract, Redwood City, California, and reference is hereby made to a map on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City for further particulars as to said proposed easement vacation and abandonment. 2. The easements to be vacated and abandoned are particularly described as follows: The northeasterly fifteen (15) feet of the southwesterly twenty-five (25) feet easement adjoining the most southerly boundary of Lots 1 and 2 in Block 3 and the public utility easement six (b) feet wide adjoining the most easterly boundary of Lot 1 in Block 3, as said easements are designated on the map entitled "HEDWOOD INDUSTIHIAL TRACT NO. 1 SUBDIVISIOn OF PORTION OF LOT 1, MAP OF SUB"*' DIVISION OF SWEENEY RANCH BOOK ne" OF MAPS, PAGE 36, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, tI which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on August 15, 1947, in Book 27 of Maps at pages 39 and 40. 3. September 18th, 1950, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in Redwood City, is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or object- ing to the proposed vacation and abandonment of said easements will be heard. 4. This resolution shall be published once in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, published, printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City. 5. Notices of the passage of this resolution shall be posted by the Superintendent of Streets of this City conspicuously along said easements in at least three (3) places at least ten days prior to said hearing. -1-
