THE COST <br />THEREOF SHALL BE ASSESSED UPON A SPECIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />UPTON STREET <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood <br />City, California, that <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of <br /> <br />San Mateo proposes to construct the following improvements: <br /> <br /> <br />The improving of Upton street between Harding A ven1)t' <br /> <br /> <br />and Jefferson Avenue, including all intersections, by grading <br /> <br /> <br />between property lines and by constructing therein integral <br /> <br /> <br />portland cement concrete curbs and gutters on 4 inch rock cush~ <br /> <br /> <br />ion, 5 foot wide portland cement concrete sidewalks ( 4 inches <br /> <br /> <br />thick) on 4 inch rock base, widening the present pavement on <br /> <br /> <br />each side of the existing pavement to the concrete gutter wit}) <br /> <br /> <br />asphaltic concrete 6 inches thick, applying single seal coat <br /> <br />over existing pavement as well as new pavement, constructing <br /> <br />Portland cement concrete driveways to property lines, raising OJ:' <br /> <br />lowering existing utilities to grade, constructing concrete C8!~f'll <br />I <br /> <br />basins with cast iron frames and grating, 12 inch corrugated <br />metal pipe storm wa.ter sewer between Stations 0+10 and 3+45, 8J1(1 <br />twin 42 inch corrugated metal pipe culvert across upton streEd: <br />at Station 3+50 with 12" cement concrete headwall on each end; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Board of Supervisors has determined tllDI~ <br /> <br /> <br />the cost of said improvements be made chargeable upon an assefHL-. <br /> <br />ment district, .the exterior boundaries of which district are <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />the coterminous exterior boundaries of the property described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 7, <br /> <br /> <br />Block 1, I'llap of Kensington Square, filed for record November -;. <br /> <br />1925, in Volume 12 of I'.1aps at Pages 74 and 75, San Mateo Count~v- <br />
