Pursuant to call for bids duly and regularly published <br /> <br /> <br />in the manner required by law, the bid of E. L. Aldrich for the <br /> <br /> <br />purchase of the hereinafter described property be, and the same <br /> <br /> <br />is, hereby accepted, said property being described as follows: <br /> <br />All that real property in the City of <br />Redwood City, California, consisting of <br />Lot 14, Block 13, as designated on that <br />certain map entitled IIMap No.2 of Cen- <br />tral Park, II \'ihich map was recorded July <br />20, 1912, in the offioeof the Recorder <br />of San Mateo County, California, in <br />Volume 8 of Offioial Records at pages <br />1.5 and 16. <br /> <br />2.
