The goals (Exhibit A) and budget (Exhibit B) are attached. In order <br />to assure compliance with applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, we must obtain <br />the Grantee’s written agreement to each of the following terms and conditions of this grant: <br />(1)All of the grant funds are to be used for, and only for, the purpose of supporting the <br />2023-2024 Shinnyo Community Impact Fellow. Use of any portion of the grant <br />funds, including any interest earned thereon, for any other purpose must have the <br />prior written approval of the Foundation. <br />(2)The grant funds must be used only in accordance with the budget submitted as part of <br />your grant request, a copy of which is attached to this letter as Exhibit B. Any <br />changes in the budget or any modifications to other grant conditions must be <br />authorized by prior written approval of the Foundation. <br />(3)Narrative report(s) and corresponding financial statement(s) must be furnished on the <br />date(s) indicated herein on the progress made in accomplishing the purpose of the <br />grant. Financial statements must describe the expenditures of the grant funds in <br />accordance with the submitted budget.
