<br />CGM:mf 12/11/80 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />8768 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />DEe 1 5 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL ~~P NO. 78-12, <br />REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; <br />APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND RESCINDING <br />RESOLUTIONS NOS. 8229 AND 8493 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain Parcel Map No. 78-12 in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, prepared by Richard I. Whaley, civil engineer for Richard <br /> <br />Loretz and Lee Hall, owners of record of said subdivision is <br /> <br />hereby approved as being in conformity with the heretofore <br /> <br />approved tentative map for this project by the Subdivision <br /> <br />Committee of the City of Redwood City on June 14, 1978, subject <br /> <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the release of said map by City and <br /> <br />prior to its recordation, the owners or subdividers of said <br /> <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed <br /> <br />Subdivision Agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />enti tIed "Agreement for the Improve1ment of Parcel Map No. 78-12 <br /> <br />Subdivision," wherein the owners or subdividers, in consideration <br /> <br />of the approval of said map by the City, shall agree to construct <br /> <br />and complete, within the time specified in said agreement, all <br /> <br />street and other improvements required of owners under the <br /> <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other <br /> <br />street, sewer or other improvements designated or mentioned in <br /> <br />said agreement and/or set forth in the plans and specifications <br /> <br />for the improvement of Parcel Map No. 78-12 on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />8768 <br />
