<br />-.:; <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 1028 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING VACATION AND ABANDON- <br />MENT OF AN ALLEYWAY NEAR EL CAMINO REAL <br />AND FRANKLIN STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Council of Redwood City, on January 15, 1951, <br /> <br /> <br />passed and adopted Resolution No. 1026, which resolution declared <br /> <br /> <br />said Council's intention to vacate and abandon a portion of an <br /> <br />alleyway near El Camino Real and Franklin street in the City of <br />Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS said resolution fixed the date of January 30, 1951, <br />as the date of the hea~ing in the City Hall, at the hour of eight <br />o I clock P.M., on said qouncill s intention to vacate and abandon <br />said portion of an all~yway near E1 Camino Real and Franklin <br />Street in the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Red- <br /> <br />vvood Oity conspicuously posted along said portion of an alleyway <br />proposed to be vacated and abandoned, in three places along said <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />portion of an alleyway, and at least ten days before the date <br /> <br /> <br />fixed for the hearing on said abandonment, a notice of intention <br /> <br /> <br />to vacate a certain portion of an alleyway near El Camino Real and <br /> <br />Franklin Street in the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS said Resolution No. 1026 was duly published in the <br />Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, published, <br />printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City, all as required <br /> <br />by law; and <br />VlliEREAS all protests or objections to the abandonment and <br /> <br />vacation of said portion of said alleyway were duly overruled and <br /> <br />denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESQLVED that thel Council of Redwood <br />City does hereby declare and order that the real property herein- <br /> <br />-1- <br />
