That certain agreement heretofore presented to the <br />Council, relating to the subdivision of certain property front- <br />ing on 17th Avenue in Redwood City,between Kenneth ~und and <br />Ann Lund and the City of Redwood City, i6 hereby approved. <br />2. The City Manager 1s hereby directed to execute said <br />agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />3. Said agreement is hereby directed to be recorded in <br />the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County. <br />
