6/11/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14256 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AND ALL CITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC., FOR <br />CROSSING GUARD SERVICES <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and All City Management Services, Inc. for Crossing Guard <br />Services ", (entered into as of June 1, 2001) a copy of which agreement is on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -607 1 <br />S h a red \Redwood \Cou nci I <br />FXS:djk <br />05/15/01 <br />
