<br />~,"";jo, <br /> <br />......... . :10.~ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />,&~4 <br />NO. 1084 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING APPLICATION TO BOARD OF ,SUPERVISORS <br />OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO FOR CANCELLATION OF <br />TAXES ON LOTS 26, 27, 32 AND 33, BLOCK 2 of THE <br />RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 25, WOOSTER, WHITTON AND <br />MONTGOMERY SUBDIVISION. <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City, that a <br /> <br />petition for the cancellation of taxes on property acquired <br /> <br />by this City be filed with the Board of Supervisors of the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo in accordance with the form of petition <br /> <br />exhibited to this Council, and that the City Manager be and <br /> <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to sign said petition <br /> <br />on behalf of this City and to take such action as may be nec- <br /> <br />essary to have the same favorably acted upon by said Board of <br /> <br />Supervisors. <br />
