RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 1086' RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF NATIONAL AVENUE IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City, that it hereby declares its intention to vacate and abandon as a public street a portion of National Avenue in the City of Redwood City, and reference is hereby made to a map on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City for further particulars as to said proposed street vacation. The portion of National Avenue to be vacated is particu- larly described as follows: ,--- if BEGINNING at a point in the south line of the Bayshore Highway, distant thereon 420.10 feet westerly from the easterly corporate lim~ts line of the City of Redwood City; thence southwesterly parallel to and dis- tant 461.50 feet southeasterly from the southeast line of Chestnut street, a distance of 511.54 feet to a point in the extension easterly in a straight line of the north line of Broadway; thence westerly along the extension easterly in a straight line of said north line of Broadway, a distance of 118.60 feet; thence northeasterly along the southeast line of lands owned by the County of San Mateo, the city of Redwood City and others, a distance of 538.24 feet to a point in the south line of the Bayshore Highway. above mentioned; thence southeasterly along said south line of the Bay- shore Highway, a distance of 106.66 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. ,"", FURTHER RESOLVED,. that JUly 16, 19.51, at 8:00 P.M., at the City Hall in Redwood City, is-hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation of said street will be heard.
