0 R I G I N A L 8/23/99 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2181 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4.17 OF CHAPTER 4 OF THE <br /> CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO PUBLIC <br /> DANCE PERMIT FEES <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Section 4.17 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 4.17 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT-FILING WITH CHIEF <br /> OF POLICE; FORM AND CONTENTS; FEE TO ACCOMPANY: <br /> <br /> A. Applications for permission to conduct a public dance shall be filed <br /> with the Chief of Police on forms furnished by the Chief of Police. <br /> <br /> B. Every application for a public dance permit shall be accompanied <br /> by a nonrefundable processing and investigation fee of One <br /> Hundred Dollars ($100.00). Every application for a yearly public <br /> dance permit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable processing <br /> and investigation fee of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00).
