<br />~~d _ ,,,,,," <br /> <br />.-r- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1185 <br /> <br />CONSENTING TO FIVE-MEMBER BOARD OF <br />TRUSTEES FOR THE REDWOOD CITY ELEMEN- <br />TARY SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Board of Trustees of the Redwood City <br /> <br />Elementary School District has by resolution ordered that <br /> <br />on July 1, 1952 the governing board of said District shall <br /> <br />consist of five members; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is necessary that the Council of Redwood <br /> <br />City approve said resolution prior to its becoming effective; <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Council o~ Redwood City hereThu <br /> <br />resolves as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Council of Redwood City hereby approves <br /> <br /> <br />the resolution submitted to it by the Board of Trustees of <br /> <br /> <br />the Redwood City Elementary School District, which resolution <br /> <br /> <br />provides for a five-member Board of Trustees for said District. <br /> <br />2. That the Council of Redwood City hereby consents to <br />the establishment of said five-member board, and the Clerk is <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to <br />the Board of Trustees of the Redwood City Elementary School <br /> <br />District. <br /> <br />~E- if- '* <br /> <br />
