<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 1 1 9 1 <br /> <br />OO~rnmNDING THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />WlmREAS on November )0, 1951, the Interstate Commeroe <br />Oommission rendered a decision upholding the oontentions of <br />the Port ot Redwood Oity that they have been disoriminated <br />against in favor of other ports and shippers; and <br />WHEREAS said Interstate Commeroe Oommission has given <br />the defendant steamship oompanies until March 16, 1952 to <br /> <br />remove such disorimination. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the Oounoil of <br />Redwood Oity, on behalf of the citizens ot Redwood Oity, <br />hereby oommend the Board of Port Oommissioners ot the City <br />of Redwood Oity tor their successtul proseoution of said <br /> <br />aotion. <br /> <br />.. ~.
