That the bid of the Pacific Gas & Electric Compro1Y, <br />dated Harch 10, 19.52, for the purchase of all of that certain <br /> <br />overhead electric street lighting s:ystem located within the <br /> <br />corporate limi ts of Redwood 01 ty and ovlTned by said Oi ty, as <br /> <br />itemized in an inventory made by the Pacific Gas a.nd Electric <br /> <br />Company on January 2, 19.52, a copy of\'lrhich is on file with <br /> <br />the Clerk of Redwood City, is hereby accepted at the prices <br /> <br /> <br />set forth in said accepted bid of the Pacific Gas & Electric <br /> <br />o ompany . <br /> <br />2.That the May~ and Clerk of Redwood Oity are hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute and deliver to the Pacific <br /> <br />Gas & Electric Company a bill of sale conveying to said Pacific <br /> <br /> <br />Gas & Electric Company all of the City's right, title and inter- <br /> <br />est in and to said overhead electric street lighting system, <br /> <br />including all necessar;y rights and easements across lands of <br /> <br />the Oity and all rights and easements owned by the City over <br /> <br /> <br />lands of others for the operation and maintenance of said <br /> <br />overhead electric street lighting system. <br /> <br />~~ 4t- * <br />
