That the sale of the hereinafter described prop- <br />erty for the total sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars <br />($1,800.00) is hereby authorized. Said property is specifi- <br /> <br />cally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 17 and 18 in Block 1 and Lots 17 <br />and 18 in Block 2, as designated on <br />that map entitled tfAmended Map of Re- <br />subdivision of Lot.. 46, Reese Subdivision:: <br />or a portion of.. the Redwood Farm," which <br />map was filed of record in the office of <br />the Recorder of San Mateo County, Cali- <br />fornia on May 11, 1911, in Book 7 of Maps <br />at Page 40. <br /> <br />2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to exe- <br /> <br />cute a deed conveying said property to Richard Sjoberg and <br /> <br />. Dorothy Sjoberg. <br /> <br />3.
