That the public interest and convenience will be served by releasing from the effects of that certain option dated March 27, 1952, whereby Hillside Manor Corporation of San Francisco granted to the Oity of Redwood City for a period ,/;.';.t of five (5) years an option to purchase all of Lot 13, Block 16, as designated on that map entitled "Sterling Highlands No.4, San Mateo County, California, which map was recorded in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California on April 7, 1952, in Book 34 of Maps at Pages 37 and 38, a portion of the property described in said option, all as more particularly set forth in Paragraph 2 of this Resolution. 2. ' City of Redwood Oi ty hereby releases from the ef- , fects of that certain option dated March 27, 1952, wherein Hillside Manor Corporation of San Francisco granted to the City of Redwood City an option to purchase property described in said option, which option was recorded in Volume 2227 of Official Records of San Mateo County at Page 3, all of the following-described property and said City llereby warrants that it will never attempt to exercise the option as said option pertains to the property hereinafter specifically described: All that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Redwood City, State of California, being a portion of Lot 13, Block 16, as shown on map of tt Sterling Highlands No.4, ft which map wJas filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San ~~teo, state of California, on April 7, 1952, in Book 34 of Maps at Pages 37 and 38, more particularly described as follows: - 1 -
