<br />;. .r"' <br />,. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 1310 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING VACATION AND ABANDON- <br />MENT OF A PORTION OF FAIRVIEW AVENUE IN <br />if HE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City, on June 16, 1952, <br />passed and adopted Resolution No. 1265, which resolution de- <br />clared said Council's intention to vacate and abandon a <br /> <br />portion of Fairview Avenue as a public street in the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said resolution fixed the date of July 7, 1952, <br /> <br /> <br />as the date of the hearing in the City Hall, at the hour of <br /> <br />eight o'clock P.M., on said Council's intention to vacate and <br /> <br />abandon said portion of Fairview Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Superintendent of streets of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City conspicuously posted along said portion of said <br />street proposed to be vacated and abandoned, in three places, <br /> <br />at least ten days before the date fixed for the hearing on <br /> <br /> <br />said abandonment, a notice of intention to vacate a portion <br /> <br />of Fairview Avenue in the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 1265 was duly published <br />in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) news- <br />paper, published, printed, and circulated in the City of <br />Redwood City, all as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, said hearing was duly and regularly continued <br />to July 21, 1952~ <br />I <br />VVHEREAS, all protests or objections to the abandonment <br /> <br />and vacation of said portton of said street as a public street <br /> <br />were overruled at said hearing; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City does hereby declare and order that the real property <br /> <br /> <br />hereinafter described is vacated and abandoned as a public street: <br /> <br />- 1 - <br />
