All of the hereinafter described pUblic utilities <br />easement in the City of Redwood Oity, County of San Mateo, <br />State of California, has not been used for any public purpose <br />and will not be used for that purpose, and therefore said <br /> <br />Oouncil hereby declares that the easement hereinafter specifi- <br /> <br /> <br />cally described is abandoned. Said easement is specifically <br /> <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />That portion or that public utilities easement with a <br />uniform width of ten (10) feet lying five (5) feet on <br />either side of the boundary line common to Lots 9, 10, <br />11, and 12 of Bloek 9 and extending Northerly from the <br />Northerly boundary line of McGarvey Avenue, 125 feet as <br />said easements, lots, block and avenue are shown on the <br />Map of Redwood Terrace No.4, filed tor record in Book <br />32 of Maps at Pages 30 and 31 in the Orfice of the County <br />Recorder of San l~teo County, State of California. <br /> <br />2.
