ATTY/RESO.0098/PC RESO ADOPTING THE PLANNING COMMISSION 2023 REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE <br />REV: 11-28-2022 JB <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22-12 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />2023 REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City Municipal Code Section 2.23 provides that <br />regular meetings of the Planning Commission shall be on the days and at the hour <br />designated by the Planning Commission, and all such meetings shall be open to <br />the public; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission generally holds regular meeting <br />(“Regular Meetings”) twice a month to conduct Planning Commission business, <br />but may hold additional meetings consistent with applicable law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission desires to hold its Regular Meetings <br />for the 2023 calendar year at 6:00 p.m. on the dates shown in Exhibit A via <br />teleconference and/or in-person in the Council Chambers located at 1017 <br />Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California, in accordance with State law (“2023 <br />Regular Meeting Schedule”); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 15, 2022, the Planning Commission reviewed <br />the 2023 Regular Meeting Schedule. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Planning Commission finds that the above recitals are true and <br />correct and incorporates them by reference. <br /> <br />2. The Planning Commission adopts the 2023 Regular Meeting Schedule <br />attached as Exhibit A and incorporated by this reference. <br /> <br />3.
