<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD
<br />CITY APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 13 TO THE SANITARY
<br />SEWERAGE TREATMENT CAPACITY RIGHTS AND SERVICES (TOWN
<br />OF WOODSIDE) AGREEMENT
<br />WHEREAS, on or about May 19, 1997, by Resolution No. 13084, the Town of
<br />Woodside entered into an Agreement with the City of Redwood City (“City”) to use
<br />Redwood City's sewer capacity for the development of their Town Center; and
<br />WHEREAS, on or about June 10, 2002, by Resolution No. 14448, Amendment No.
<br />1 was executed, which added two properties to said Agreement; and
<br />WHEREAS, on or about May 10, 2004, by Resolution No. 14581, Amendment No.
<br />2 was executed, which added another property to said Agreement; and
<br />WHEREAS, on or about June 7, 2004, by Resolution No. 14589, Amendment No.
<br />3 was executed, which added another property to said Agreement; and
<br />WHEREAS, on or about February 13, 2007, by Resolution No. 14764,
<br />Amendment No. 4 was executed, which added another property to said Agreement; and
<br />WHEREAS, on or about September 8, 2008, by Resolution No. 14895,
<br />Amendment No. 5 was executed, which provided the framework by which nine newly
<br />designated parcels in the Town of Woodside may be provided public sewer service in the
<br />future, should the failure of onsite sewage disposal systems necessitate connection to
<br />the sewer system in order to protect the public health; and
<br />WHEREAS, on or about July 22, 2013, by Resolution No. 15283, Amendment No.
<br />6 was executed, which added another property to said Agreement; and
<br />WHEREAS, on or about May 22, 2017, by Resolution No. 15584 Amendment No.
<br />7 was executed, which added another property to said Agreement; and
<br />WHEREAS, on or about August 27, 2018, by Resolution No. 15696 Amendment
<br />No. 8 was executed, which added another property to said Agreement; and
<br />WHEREAS, on or about May 18, 2020, by Resolution No. 15841 Amendment No.
<br />9 was executed, which removed one property from said Agreement; and
<br />WHEREAS, on or about September 13, 2021, by Resolution No. 15981
<br />Amendment No. 10 was executed, which added one property from said Agreement; and
