BROWN ACT, THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD IN PERSON. Members of the <br />public may attend in person at the physical meeting location. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: All public comments are subject to a 2-minute time limit unless otherwise <br />determined by the Mayor, in accordance with the City Council's Guide to Communications & Business, <br />available here. <br />Public comment is accepted in person at the physical meeting location, or via email to <br />publiccomment@redwoodcity.org. Emailed comments within the City’s subject matter jurisdiction <br />received by 8:00 a.m. on the meeting date may be read into the record during the meeting at the Mayor’s <br />discretion and in any event will be made part of the final meeting record. <br />AGENDA MATERIALS: <br />City Council agenda materials, released less than 72 hours prior to the meeting, are available to the public <br />at the City Clerk’s Office, 1017 Middlefield Road and Redwood City Library, 1044 Middlefield Road, <br />Redwood City, CA 94063, in a public binder at each City Council meeting, and on the City’s website at <br />www.redwoodcity.org. <br />AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT: <br />The City Council will provide materials in appropriate alternative formats to comply with the Americans <br />with Disabilities Act.
