NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned Beneficiaries hereby appoints and substitutes CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, as Trustee under said Deed of Trust and CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, as the substituted Trustee does hereby accept such appointment and reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the Estate now held thereunder.
