The attached Letter of Agreement is for your and the City of Redwood City’s review and <br />signature. It includes the terms, reporting schedule, goals and budget for our grant to support the <br />General Operating funds for Redwood City Together as the grant proposal states. Once all of the <br />City representatives sign the Agreement, we will be able to issue a grant check. <br /> <br />I would like to call specific attention to term (2) which states that any changes in the budget or <br />any modifications to the other grant conditions must be authorized by prior written approval of <br />the Foundation. If you wish to make any changes to the budget or grant goals, please submit your <br />request in writing to me before you make those changes at any time during the grant period. <br /> <br />I encourage you to note all reporting due dates as stated in the agreement.
