CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Martínez Saballos called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL - Council Members Chu, Gee, Howard, Sturken, Vice Mayor Eakin and Mayor <br />Martínez Saballos.
