REV: 08-06-25 VR <br />AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />Gilbane Building Company <br />This Amendment No. 6 (the “Amendment No. 6”) is entered into and effective as <br />of , 2025, by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (“City”), and Gilbane <br />Building Company, a Rhode Island Corporation (“Consultant”) (collectively, the <br />“Parties”). <br />RECITALS <br />A.The Parties previously executed that certain Professional Services <br />Agreement, dated as of September 16, 2019 (the “Original Agreement”). <br />B.The Parties previously executed Amendment No. 1 to the Original <br />Agreement, dated as of October 7, 2021 (“Amendment No. 1”). <br />C.The Parties previously executed Amendment No. 2 to the Original <br />Agreement, dated as of August 3, 2023 (“Amendment No. 2”). <br />D.The Parties previously executed Amendment No. 3 to the Original <br />Agreement, dated as of July 31, 2024 (“Amendment No. 3”). <br />E.The Parties previously executed Amendment No. 4 to the Original <br />Agreement, dated as of February 19, 2025 (“Amendment No. 4”). <br />F.The Parties previously executed Amendment No. 5 to the Original <br />Agreement, dated as of June 27, 2025 (“Amendment No. 5”) (The Original Agreement <br />and Amendments No. 1, 2, 3,4, and 5 are collectively known as the “Agreement”). <br />G.The Parties have negotiated and agreed to the terms and conditions set <br />forth in this Amendment No. 6, including any terms and conditions of the attached Exhibit <br />“A,” incorporated herein by reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1.City will pay Consultant a not-to-exceed amount of Two Hundred Forty-Four <br />Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty-Five ($244,365) for the completion of all the <br />services described in Exhibit “A” of this Amendment No. 6, which sum will include all <br />costs or expenses incurred by Consultant. Including all amendments through <br />Amendment No. 6, the total amount payable under the Agreement will be a not-to- <br />exceed amount of Five Million Fifty-One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars <br />($5,051,533). <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.
