This message was sent from outside your organization. <br />good day city council of rwc, <br />here we are again with more nonstop redwood city utility billing rate hikes each month or qtr <br />a new nonstop rate increase letter goes out from city councuil for more andmore and more <br />money from very poor redwood city residents to blue collar low middle class residents, and <br />seniors and the disabled this time it is for more garbage hikes. well I live on $22,000 approx <br />per year in almost 100 yr old house that needs lots of repair work i can't afford so image how <br />you are nonstop gold digging the middle class and poor and homeless for rate hikes. also, the <br />can 20 gal that you say now is almost $50 per yr and holds only 1 white 13 gal kitchen bag for <br />$50 almost per month about 10 yrs ago my dad who is now deceased,were paing $11.00 <br />approx also, rwc council wants residents to start paying for $55 million dollar state of art <br />sewer project bay and gold dig poor for $55 million, oh, no I aint going to pay I don't have <br />money to feed salaries to executives of redwood city. I am going to start PROCESS TO <br />MOVE OUT OF BAY AREA OR CALIF TO KEEP ALL UTILITIES PG&e AND WATER , <br />SEWER AND GARBAGE, LAND LINE, ALL FOR $150 OR LESS PER MONTH LIKE IT <br />WAS. YOUR RATES DON'T MATCH THE SOCIAL SECURITY COST OF LIVING <br />INDEX. MY INCOME FROM SOCIAL SECURITY HAS GONE UP NO MORE THAN <br />$100 IN LAST 14 YEARS. SO I am living on same income as always. so why does rwc think <br />I CAN KEEP UP WITH SCAMS TO RESIDENTS AND CITIZENS OF CALIF BY OUR <br />GOVERNMENTS? <br />I AM GOING TO POST THIS ON NEXTDOOR .COM SO ALL RWC RESIDENTS KNOW <br />WHAT CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IS DOING.
