That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is including but not limited to demo of existing equipment and appurtenances, lighting fixtures, gravity intake, equipment or cabinetry as outlined in Project Drawings specific to MPR Kitchen. Work also included furnish and installation of new plumbing and appurtenances, equipment, lighting fixtures, and cabinetry as outlined in Project Drawings specific to MPR Kitchen.
