ORDINANCE NO. P- 272 ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH CEMEX CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS PACIFIC, LLC BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held on June 28, 2017, on the question of approval of the lease agreement hereinafter described, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 48 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the Board of Port Commissioners of the City of Redwood City does hereby approve that certain lease agreement entitled "Lease Agreement — Cemex Construction Materials Pacific, LLC' (the "Lease Agreement"), by and between the City of Redwood City, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners ("Port") and Cemex Construction Materials Pacific, LLC ("Tenant"), which Lease Agreement provides that the premises which are subject to the Lease Agreement (the "Premises") are located at 775 Seaport Blvd., in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, consisting of 357,734 square feet (more or less) and an incidental easement area for the operation of a conveyor, and all facilities located thereon, which Premises are generally described and depicted on Attachment "A," attached hereto, and shall be used for the purpose of operating a construction materials shipping, receiving, storing and processing business and incidental administrative equipment and equipment maintenance facilities.
