Fontwerth is the present owner of the real property commonly known as 976 Woodside <br />Road, City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, APN: 059-072-380, (hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Fontwerth Property"). A legal description of the Fontwerth Property is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference as though set forth in its entirety. <br />B. Fontana is the present owner of the real property commonly known as 980 Woodside <br />Road, City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, APN: 059-072-450, (hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Fontana Property"). A legal description of the Fontana Property is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit B and incorporated herein by this reference as though set forth in its entirety. <br />C. The Fontwerth Property and the Fontana Property, each a commercial property, in part <br />share a common boundary line. <br />D. Fontwerth Enterprises is the present owner of the real property identified as APN 059- <br />072-560, which is adjacent to both the Fontwerth Property and Fontana Property and is currently used for <br />access and parking (hereinafter referred to as the "Adjacent Property").
