Code § 27383 <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT <br />1548 Maple Street <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT <br />("Second Amendment") dated for reference purposes as of December 8, 2025, is made <br />effective as of the Second Amendment Effective Date (defined in Section 5.2) by and <br />between 1548 MAPLE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Developer"), and the <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and California municipal corporation ("City") <br />(individually, a "Party" and, together, the "Parties") with reference to the following facts: <br />RECITALS <br />A. Developer is the current fee owner of the real property located in the City of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California and described in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "Property"). <br />B. In connection with Developer's 1548 Maple Street for -sale townhome <br />development project ("Project"), City and Developer entered into that certain <br />Development Agreement dated August 3, 2018 ("Original Development Agreement"), <br />recorded in the official records of San Mateo County ("Official Records") on November <br />15, 2018 as Document No. 2018-088890, as amended by a First Amendment to <br />Development Agreement dated February 22, 2021 ("First Amendment to DA"), recorded <br />in the Official Records as Document No. 2021-108251, a Second Amendment to <br />Development Agreement dated January 24, 2022 ("Second Amendment to DA"), <br />recorded in the Official Records as Document No. 2022-008266, a Third Amendment to <br />Development Agreement dated April 17, 2023 ("Third Amendment to DA"), recorded in <br />the Official Records as Document No. 2023-037049 and a Fourth Amendment to <br />Development Agreement dated concurrently herewith ("Fourth Amendment to DA") which <br />will be recorded in the Official Records. The Original Development Agreement, as <br />amended by the First Amendment to DA, Second Amendment to DA, Third Amendment <br />to DA, and Fourth Amendment to DA, is referred to herein as the "Development <br />Agreement. <br />ement. <br />ATTY/AGR/2025-AMEND.
