This is not a conditional grant. This grant is for the charitable <br />purposes of Redwood City Together. <br />City of Redwood City acting as fiscal agent of Redwood City Together agrees to and confirms the following: <br />1.The grant will be used for Redwood City Together’s Immigrant Programs; <br />2.Sign this grant agreement by February 23, 2026 acknowledging your receipt of funds and affirming <br />your understanding and acceptance of the grant terms; <br />3.No portion of this grant will be used for any purpose that is not consistent with the federal and state <br />rules for tax-exempt status; <br />4.Your tax-exempt status is current, and you have received no notice from the Internal Revenue Service <br />or the State of California that your status may be revoked or changed; <br />5.Retain full discretion and control over the selection of any sub-grantees or individuals to carry out its <br />charitable work; <br />6.Foundation staff must be notified about any funds that are still unspent one year from the date of this <br />letter; and <br />7.The foundation no longer requires final reports as of January 1, 2021. <br />If you have any questions about this grant, please call Rachel at 415.561.6540 ext. 284.
