(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />October 25, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Aguirre and Espinoza-Garnica to approve the City Manager's emergency action and <br />determine that replacing Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at the <br />Redwood Shores Library was necessary to respond to the emergency, and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute an Agreement for Services with Pacific Coast Sales and Service, Inc. dba <br />Pacific Coast Trane Service in an amount not to exceed $400,000. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />V—) <br />0 -am ez* <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
