(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />November 22, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Hale and Espinoza-Garnica to 1) determine that due to the nature of the services, competitive <br />bidding does not serve the public interest for the Agreement for Services with Cortina Productions, <br />and suspend the competitive bidding requirements for the Agreement for Services; and 2) <br />approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Services with Cortina <br />Productions for media production services for the specialized interactive exhibits at the new <br />Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center for a flat -rate amount of $765,254 (requires 5/7 vote <br />for passage). <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Qn4w we�) <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
