(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />November 22, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Hale and Espinoza-Garnica to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one- <br />year Master Purchase Agreement with Bosco Oil, Inc. DBA Valley Oil Company (Valley Oil <br />Company) for the provision of gasoline and renewable diesel fuel in an amount not to exceed <br />$750,000, including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for three additional <br />consecutive one-year terms for a total not to exceed contract price of $3,000,000. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />4g <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
