(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />December 6, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Hale and Smith to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year <br />Agreement for Services with Crosby Group Engineers Architects, Inc. dba Crosby Group in an <br />amount not to exceed $300,000, including City Manager authority to extend the Agreement for <br />one additional two-year term in an amount not to exceed $200,000, for a total contract amount <br />not to exceed $500,000. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk
