(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />December 20, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Howard, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Hale. <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Espinoza-Garnica to approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute an Agreement for Survey Services with BKF Engineers of San Jose in an amount not to <br />exceed $487,000 for topographic surveying services, base map preparation, boundary surveys, <br />legal descriptions etc. on an on-call, as needed basis for various City -approved projects and <br />tasks. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
