(301) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />June 26, 2023. <br />Present: Aguirre, Eakin, Howard, Martinez Saballos, Sturken, and Mayor Gee. <br />Motion and second, Howard and Martinez Saballos, to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution adopting an Updated General Plan Land Use Map Figure BE- 6, consistent <br />with the Adopted Housing Element of the General Plan for the period of 2023-2031; <br />2. Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance amending the Zoning Code and Zoning Map to <br />implement the 2023-2031 Housing Element; <br />3. Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance Article 29 <br />(Requirements For Affordable Housing) to implement the 2023-2031 Housing Element; <br />4. Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance amending the Municipal Code to implement the <br />2023-2031 Housing Element; and <br />5.
