FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT TO <br />SANITARY SEWAGE TREATMENT CAPACITY RIGHTS <br />AND SERVICES (THE AGREEMENT) <br />This is tha Fourteenth Amendment to the Agreement dated August 7,2001 by and among <br />the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY (City),the TOWN OF WOODSIDE (Town)and FAIR OAKS <br />SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT (District)collectively the Parties. <br />RECITALS <br />A.The Agreement is intended to govern capacity rights and services for the <br />transmission,treatment and disposal of sewage emanating from the Town’s Town Center Sewer <br />Assessment District (TCSAD). <br />B.The Agreement indicates in Exhibit A the service area covered by the Agreement <br />(the Service Area). <br />C.The Town wishes to amend the Service Area to add one property at: <br />196 Albion (APN 072-162-200),hereinafter,the Property. <br />D.The Town Council of the Town has authorized annexation of the Property to <br />TCSAD by Resolution 2025-7771 (Attached hereto as Exhibit B). <br />E.The Parties desire to amend the Agreement and add the Property to the Service <br />Area. <br />THEREFORE,IT IS AGREED: <br />1.The Property is added to the Service Area and the map being Exhibit A to the <br />Agreement is amended accordingly. <br />2.Sewer service in TCSAD shall be provided to the Property. <br />(Signature Page F0ll0ws) <br />REV:ll-l7-25 VR <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.No.14/Town of Woodside (Amendment No.14 to the TCSAD agreement)(Page 1 of 5)
