HANSEN TO <br />ALLOW CAR-PORT TO BE FOUR FEET, TWO <br />INCHES 'FROM SIDE LINE, AND-ZERO FEET <br />FROM HOUSE ON LOT 21, BLOCK 15, <br />tlOAK KNOLL MANORII. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, State of California, has submitted the application of <br /> <br />F. P. Hansen for a variance or adjustment, with the recommen- <br /> <br />dation that such application be granted; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City has <br /> <br />considered said application for variance or adjustment in <br /> <br /> <br />accordance with Section 20 of Ordinance No. ?OO, said Ordin- <br /> <br /> <br />ance being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />NOi'li::,~;tP~REFORE"uthe\.Gotincil of' Redwood Ci ty hereby re- <br /> <br />solved as follows: <br /> <br />1. Said Council hereby finds that the following condi- <br /> <br />tions exist: <br /> <br />(a) That there are exceptional ~r extraordinary <br />circumstances which apply to the land, building or use referred <br /> <br />to in the appliqatio~which circumstances or conditions do not <br />generally apply to land, buildings or uses in the same district. <br />(b) That the granting of' the applic~tion is necessary <br />f'or the preservation and enjoyment of' substantial property <br /> <br />rights of the petitioner. <br /> <br /> <br />(c) That the granting of such application will not <br /> <br /> <br />materially aff'ect adversely neighboring property or the public <br /> <br /> <br />welfare or the health or safety of persons residing or working <br /> <br />in the neighborhood. <br />2. Said Council hereby grants to F. P.
